Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and/or support projects involving electrical equipment and related systems.
  • •Develop engineering solutions, cost and schedule estimates, and preliminary designs for project development and budgeting.
  • •Upon authorization, complete detailed design work with drafting, prepare requisitions and specifications for equipment and construction contracts, and analyze proposals.
  • •Produce cost and schedule estimates and assist or lead planning and coordination of projects.
  • •Lead checkout and start-up of new equipment, and provide engineering assistance to energy centers and other company departments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
  • •Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
  • •PE license is preferred.
  • •Relevant engineering experience is preferred.
  • •Experience with low/medium/high voltage electrical equipment (e.g., switchgear, MCCs, motors, transformers, buses) and protective relaying is preferred.
