Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high-level customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide market-leading personal training programs and deliver safe, effective exercise instruction and corrections to members.
  • •Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations, including ensuring members clean equipment after use and return it to storage.
  • •Complete required training and development (MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications and CPD points), and progress toward Advanced PT in line with the PT model.
  • •Perform performance administrative functions such as updating training sessions and inductions on the Fitness Enterprise System, managing bookings/rota details, and ensuring required client signatures and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Have in-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements and maintain REPs certification via CPD points.
