•Lead data analytics projects and define the vision for analytics across the organization.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to translate business problems into scalable analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
•Oversee advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis; guide A/B testing, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
•Drive automation of analytical processes and self-service analytics to improve scalability and efficiency.
•Present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,900 - 224,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
•Five (5) years of experience as a Lead Data Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Product Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related occupation.
•Experience with executive-level collaboration to align analytics with strategic goals; analytics focusing on customer growth, engagement, and lifecycle optimization; owning and managing data products; big data technologies (Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark); and SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, Statistics, Amplitude, Domo, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, and Excel.
