•Own and evolve the digital brand design system, partnering with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity while balancing intent with technical constraints.
•Define and leverage core visual principles like typography, space, layout, and color to elevate web user experiences.
•Partner deeply with growth and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
•Use performance data to inform design decisions, prototyping, testing, and iterating on what works while rethinking what doesn’t.

Salary: USD 223,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in digital or web design with a foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles.
•Expert proficiency in Figma, design tokens, component libraries, and system architecture.

•A portfolio and/or website demonstrating strong visual craft across web and email.
•A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with experience designing responsively across screen sizes and digital channels.
