Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure smooth, compliant employee experiences.
  • •Manage sensitive employee relations cases and terminations, including drafting legally sound documentation.
  • •Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • •Advise client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning, staying current on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.
  • •Review and advise on employment contracts, support performance improvement plans (PIPs), and coordinate immigration/mobility needs with the Global Mobility team.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of HR experience.
  • •Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a bonus.
