Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to technicians in the absence of workshop supervisors or managers.
  • •Maintain equipment records, documentation, and filing systems per quality assurance/quality control requirements.
  • •Inspect, evaluate, and disposition AMO tooling and test equipment for operational readiness and compliance.
  • •Evaluate maintenance processes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
  • •Troubleshoot, test, assemble/disassemble, perform visual inspections, and analyze/interpet test and environmental data to diagnose equipment issues and support on-call operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a maintenance or workshop environment.
  • •Experience working with hand tools, mechanical equipment, and testing devices; ability to inspect tooling and components.
  • •Experience maintaining technical records, equipment reports, and maintenance documentation; strong leadership and collaboration skills.
