Develop and maintain quality standards for software products by creating and executing software test plans, test standards, and procedures. Analyze test results, recommend corrective actions, and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for operational and application issues. Own testing for one or more components across projects, review test coverage/approaches, and expand test automation. •Independently create test artifacts and conduct test plan reviews with stakeholders to ensure coverage and approach quality.
•Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures for operational/application issues.
•Support expansion of test automation, conduct test case/automation reviews across projects, and coach/mentor others while building reusable test assets.

•Experience analyzing test results and recommending corrective actions.
•Experience in test design and delivering testing for multiple projects, including creating and reviewing test artifacts and plans.
•Experience with test automation and reviewing test cases across projects.
