Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and education program rotations in operations and Sales & Service, leading to certification to perform within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while cross-selling and referring customers to Business Partners when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Preferred experience in the financial industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to get comfortable with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
