  • •Partner with business stakeholders to strengthen compliance outcomes and support strategic initiatives.

  • •Implement and maintain enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks aligned to Group standards and local laws.
  • •Support, advise and deliver compliance risk training.
  • •Conduct regular risk, compliance and privacy assessments and support compliance reporting to executive and board committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in senior risk, compliance and privacy roles, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • •Relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk, Compliance, Business or Law.
  • •Strong working knowledge of AFSL and Australian Corporations Act obligations.
  • •Clear communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of the New Zealand regulatory environment is advantageous.
