Key Responsibilities

•Deliver onsite IT support services, ensuring seamless day-to-day end-user operations
•Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, OS, and enterprise applications
•Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues efficiently
•Lead and manage the onsite operations team, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,276,660 - 1,823,800 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in IT operations with strong leadership background
•Proven experience as a Senior System Administrator or End User Support Lead
•Strong hands-on desktop/laptop hardware and software support
•In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
•Experience with Active Directory (AD), O365, user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding), AI tools and asset management
