Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cost of goods sold for the Residential Business Unit, including materials, inventory, labor and operations, freight, and warranty.
  • •Lead and support Residential ISC plant and distribution growth, optimization initiatives, and working capital management including inventory and capital deployment.
  • •Perform management reporting and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and year-end results; assist with long-range planning, forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • •Own Residential limited warranty and bulletin reserves and accounting, including inventory accounting (capitalized variances, LCM, LIFO).
  • •Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls, mentor and influence monthly forecasts, and partner with plant teams for financial leadership and guidance.
