•Coach and consult managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
•Collaborate effectively with three Works Councils and with unions; champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including several years as a senior HR business partner or manager in an international environment.
•Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law, social legislation, and local works council processes, including CLA negotiation experience.
•Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
•Strong strategic thinking to translate business needs into HR strategies with stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
