Key Responsibilities

  • •Create long-range planning targets (sales, margin, inventory, assortment breadth) for footwear.
  • •Translate LRP into top-down merchandise financial plans using regional inputs and connect LRP/MFP with product-level plans.
  • •Develop and consolidate demand forecasts with regional planning, merchandising, supply chain, and finance.
  • •Manage in-season inventory across regions by recommending product introductions/exits based on demand and sell-through.
  • •Coach, develop, and lead a global team of merchandise planning professionals and drive change initiatives for new tools and methodologies.

Salary: USD 144,000 - 180,000 annually

  • •10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership position with managerial experience.
