Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and relevant EHS corporate standards.
  • •Perform occupational health and safety risk assessments and prevention activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for EHS.
  • •Lead EHS internal training, implement regular safety inspections, and enhance EHS culture and communication.
  • •Investigate near-miss incidents and injury accidents; ensure contractor high-risk operations are safe, and build workers’ and ERT emergency response skills, including BCM and sustainability/environmental support.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc/MSc degree in Safety & Health or comparable.
  • •10+ years of occupational health and safety related work experience.
  • •Experience promoting first-line safety in manufacturing/operational environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience maturing safety culture in complex/high-tech/multi-country organizations.
  • •Taiwan governmental Level A Occupational Safety or Health Specialist certification (甲級職業安全/衛生管理技術士).
