Ensure primary compliance with ISO 45001 and relevant EHS corporate standards, and manage occupational health and safety risk assessment and prevention. Support compliance with local EHS regulations, strengthen EHS culture through communication, training, and safety inspections, and lead investigations for near-miss and injury incidents. Oversee contractor safety, develop emergency response capabilities, and support factory business continuity and manufacturing sustainability/environmental initiatives.
