Lead Operational Risk and second-line defense oversight for the UK market within Global Risk and Compliance. Establish and refresh the Risk Appetite Framework, align Ops Risk metrics across international legal entities, and provide credible challenge to projects and governance forums. Own UK-specific Ops Risk policies and frameworks, coordinate regulatory change management oversight, manage remediation of findings, and develop operational risk dashboards. Act as a key point of contact for regulators, Audit, and leadership.
