Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects by translating customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for hardware architecture and system embedded software, including user interface and high-level design.
  • •Supervise implementation by team leaders/developers/QA; participate in low-level design reviews and QA test plan reviews; track changes and resolve obstacles.
  • •Define the architecture for implementing physical layer standards into NVIDIA ASIC devices.
  • •Define physical-layer features to enable interoperability between different communication generations and contribute to product definition and supported high-speed protocols.
  • •Work closely with multi-functional teams (design, backend, system, marketing, firmware, drivers) and serve as a focal point for NVIDIA physical layer networking communication devices.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).
  • •3+ years of experience in physical layer communication, system, signal integrity, or high-speed communication protocols.
  • •Background in embedded software.
  • •Experience in networking and wire line physical layer protocols such as IEEE 802.3, InfiniBand, PCIe, USB, etc.
  • •Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, analytical abilities, and technically hands-on skills.
