Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and supervise construction activities across multiple packages and phases.
  • •Review and approve construction-related plans and decisions for compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
  • •Assess and address contractor design changes and variations within scope, notifying project managers as needed.
  • •Ensure adherence to the project quality plan and safety/environmental standards.
  • •Provide input on project budgets, timelines, and resource planning to optimize value and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Eight years of experience as a construction manager, leading a team on construction sites.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •PMI certification is a plus.
