Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily drilling operations at the Florence Copper wellfield, overseeing geologists, hydrogeologists, and technicians across rotating 24/7 shifts. Ensure data quality, field documentation, and compliance with permits and QA. Manage safety on shift, coordinate equipment maintenance, and report shift activities to the Drilling Superintendent. Drive efficient field oversight and timely resolution of operational issues.

•Supervise and monitor drilling, well construction, and well testing activities, directing personnel to specific tasks.
•Coordinate, communicate, and ensure the shift field team records data in accordance with permit requirements, site requirements, and QA program.
•Oversee health and safety during shift, including conducting daily tailgate meetings.
•Produce daily shift reports for wellfield management.
•Maintain and manage field equipment and coordinate with management to procure additional gear.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years drilling and well construction oversight experience; personnel management experience preferred but not required.
