Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the structural discipline lead and Quality Control owner for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and industry codes
  • •Lead structural design on mid-size projects and major scopes on large, complex projects
  • •Perform and review advanced structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
  • •Provide expertise in seismic analysis and retrofit design, including ASCE 41, performance-based design, and complex lateral systems
  • •Oversee construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and technical issue resolution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • •8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or ability to obtain via comity within 6 months
  • •Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM Structural, RISA, SAFE)
  • •Experience with aviation, federal, or large commercial projects
