Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure production is supplied on time.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding delivery delays, shortages, or quality deviations.
  • •Lead solution-oriented conversations with suppliers and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, FSQA, and Operations teams.
  • •Analyze delivery issues, perform root cause analyses, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce food waste.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or an entry-level role in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • •Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
  • •Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage challenging supplier conversations professionally.
  • •Structured working style and ability to prioritize under pressure; analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
