Provide timely, efficient processing of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling cash and monies appropriately. Deliver a high-quality client experience, educate clients on digital self-service banking tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile), and support sales efforts through outbound calling and referral of opportunities. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and Truist retail leadership routines.
