Key Responsibilities

  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and individual retirement accounts, including account changes and maintenance.
  • •Answer customer questions and solve problems by listening, collecting data, and providing secure, accurate resolutions.
  • •Identify sales and referral opportunities using lead lists and customer profiling to meet sales production goals and cross-sell products.
  • •Support deposit and loan servicing activities such as debit card issuance, debit card disputes, credit card services, wire transfers, and safe deposit box services.
  • •Maintain privacy and accuracy of customer information, complete required reports/records, and ensure work areas are clean and secure.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Good understanding of financial services and products; zero to 3 years of new account experience.
  • •Complete the Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (including Teller Learning Plan if applicable).
  • •Training and proficiency topics include Caller Identification Process, Secure code, BPM Training, and DocuSign usage.
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including 10-key and telephone.
