Key Responsibilities

  • •Balance vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned and assist with related balancing tasks.
  • •Process customer transactions including receiving/paying out cash, negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Apply judgment for holds and check cashing decisions in accordance with bank procedures.
  • •Set up, close, and balance the teller station; maintain a neat, well-stocked teller area.
  • •Float/travel to other branch locations within the region or market as needed and cross-sell bank products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform teller transactions with speed, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting service quality standards.
  • •Safeguard bank assets and follow established limits for customer account protection and bank safety and soundness.
  • •Maintain accuracy when balancing vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned.
  • •Cross-train to be available to open basic new consumer accounts.
  • •Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs and be able to work in standing/walking conditions as described.
