Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up equipment, prepare compounds, and process assemblies (standard and special connectors) following written and verbal instructions.
  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain molding presses and auxiliary equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe production.
  • •Perform mold setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments per work instructions, engineering specifications, and Work Orders.
  • •Verify machine settings, part identification, and process parameters meet product/customer requirements; complete required documentation during production.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and report molding defects, assembly issues, and equipment malfunctions; perform rework/repair and packaging operations in accordance with Work Orders and shipment requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Reside within the immediate area of Camarillo, CA (50 miles).
  • •Ability to lift 30 lbs. and handle components/assemblies using bending, reaching, and twisting body movements, including use of hand tools.
  • •Access to export-controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. Government export regulations.
