Job Summary

Own and execute core People processes for the Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Netherlands market, covering hire-to-retire, leave/absence management, organizational changes, and the annual People Cycle. Ensure accurate employee data and audit-ready documentation in HR systems (Workday, SAP), support onboarding/offboarding and employee relations, and deliver change management for process and legislative updates. Monitor employee-experience KPIs, flag risks, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and support core People processes for the Belgian, Luxembourg, France, and Netherlands markets, including hire-to-retire, leave and absence management, organizational changes, and internal mobility.
•Collaborate with HR Business Partners, government agencies, and stakeholders to deliver compliant people processes aligned with labour law and internal policies.
•Ensure accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
•Support employee relations and smooth onboarding/offboarding, guiding employees through process or legislative changes.
•Deliver change management activities, stay ahead of labour law impacts, monitor employee-experience KPIs, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR / People Operations, or Legal & Corporate Affairs.
•Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and HR practices (advantage).
•Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
•Must be fluent in written and spoken Dutch as well as English.
