Lead a globally connected delivery model for a rapidly growing hospitality consultancy, coordinating creative, consultancy, and delivery teams to deliver complex international projects. Drive change by challenging existing ways of working, improving studio processes and delivery frameworks, and embedding AI-driven workflows with quality guardrails. Oversee studio operations, resource planning, milestone delivery, and reporting to support profitability, efficiency, and consistent client-facing outputs across Egypt and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the central coordination point between creative, consultancy, and delivery teams, balancing design excellence with commercial rigour and operational efficiency.
•Develop and lead a multidisciplined team to challenge and solve pain points, improving studio processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks.
•Oversee studio operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across all outputs and regions.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions while working with Project Leads to deliver on time and on budget.
•Integrate AI across the business by embedding AI-driven workflows into day-to-day delivery and establishing guardrails for quality management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related discipline.
•PMP, Agile, MBA, or change management certification is a plus.
•12–15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior project delivery, studio operations, PMO, consultancy, or multidisciplinary leadership.
•Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage for Egypt-based operations.
•Comfort managing multi-disciplined and remote teams while working against challenging targets, milestones, and reporting needs.
