Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service management for IBM FileNet, Captiva, and HSBC in-house products like CCS.
  • •Connect with internal and external stakeholders to manage services and software through to latest versions.
  • •Manage end-to-end project deliveries and resolve technical issues.
  • •Support IT service operations by replying to stakeholder queries and defining/documenting business processes and software requirements.
  • •Participate in code build and review, plus requirement gathering, analysis, testing, and production support; use Agile tools.
