Project Engineer, Associate Manager

Direct and coordinate engineering projects for the plant, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and attainment of technical objectives. Own technical studies, specifications, scheduling, and issue resolution for design and testing, while controlling project expenditures and preparing reporting. Provide functional/technical support to factories to reduce production and maintenance problems, lead TQM-driven quality and cost-of-quality reductions, and manage capital improvement initiatives including budgeting, cost controls, and contractor supervision.
