Residential Loan Officer - CRA Base (Bilingual English / Spanish)

Originate and manage residential mortgage applications with a focus on CRA assessment areas and low- to moderate-income borrowers. Build referral relationships with realtors, builders, housing agencies, and community organizations, then guide customers through pre-qualification and the mortgage process. Coordinate with loan processors to keep applications moving through closing, represent the bank in community outreach, and ensure full compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
