Analyze signal/power integrity and EMI/EMC, debug complex hardware and hardware/software compatibility issues, and continuously evaluate new technologies to improve server performance and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Define high-level architecture for data center motherboard and IT infrastructure, including component selection, mechanical/power/thermal aspects, block diagrams, and schematic capture.
•Collaborate with PCB layout designers to set placement/routing constraints for high-speed signals to minimize interference.
•Review designs for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC, and drive corrective actions.
•Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues, including hardware/software compatibility problems.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (firmware, software, mechanical, validation, manufacturing) to ensure successful product integration and delivery.

Key Requirements

•MSEE (CE) with 5+ years or BSEE with 7+ years of hardware design experience.
•5-10 years of hands-on experience in server product design across compute, storage, networking, and accelerators.
•Expertise in server motherboard design, including CPU interfaces (Intel/AMD), DDR memory subsystems, power delivery, and high-speed digital circuits.
•Experience with functional specs development, design verification, and testing.
•Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools.
