Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tentative material mobilization plans based on forecast from the Commissioning Manager/Team Leader.
  • •Coordinate delivery planning with logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors through to destination and return.
  • •Ensure client requirements (access pass, security pass, medical, training) are met prior to scheduling material/tools.
  • •Receive, source, maintain stock, and supply requested materials as per specifications.
  • •Interface with project teams for integration, familiarize with applicable method statements/procedures, and report material engagement upon assignment completion.

  • •Ability to understand PO and SO terms and conditions related to material and tools.
  • •10 years of experience in similar coordination works.
  • •Develop tentative material mobilization plans based on forecast provided by the Commissioning Manager/Team Leader.
  • •Familiar with activities for mobilization of material/tools to destinations such as fabrication yard, remote island, offshore, and remote locations.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE standards and communicate PPE, PTW, and HSE requirements to suppliers/subcontractors prior to arrival.
