Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the month-end and year-end close cycle across all entities and deliver consistent, accurate reporting on time.
  • •Oversee AR/AP and contractor reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • •Manage statutory financial statements, coordinate local audits and tax filings with in-country advisors, and ensure entities meet tax, filing, and licensing obligations.
  • •Build and maintain internal controls aligned with local GAAP/IFRS requirements and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors across jurisdictions.
  • •Consolidate financials across currencies and jurisdictions, oversee cash flow and treasury/FX exposure, and support budgeting/forecasting, standardization, automation, and due diligence for new entity setups.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in accounting/finance with 2–3 years in multi-entity or multi-country consolidation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •CPA or ACCA qualification.
  • •Strong experience closing books across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, plus experience with intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and consolidation.
