Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality deliverables comply with corporate standards at each launch milestone.
  • •Lead quality test/validation follow-up with Product Engineering to confirm requirements are met.
  • •Review and support APQP/PPAP activities in partnership with Supplier Quality and Product Engineering.
  • •Define incoming quality inspection requirements, support internal training, and resolve incoming quality findings during launch.
  • •Lead containment and root-cause resolution for internal quality issues (including PDI and customer product audit findings) and drive corrective actions for recurring quality findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant professional experience (post-graduation).
  • •5+ years of experience within a greenfield OEM environment.
  • •Minimum of 3 years in a similar ADAS or senior quality engineering role.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
