Key Responsibilities

  • •Map manual, repetitive business processes end-to-end across the company and identify high-impact automation opportunities
  • •Own automation delivery from requirements to production, including design, build, test, and shipping working solutions
  • •Build automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato
  • •Design and deploy AI agents embedded into business workflows using LLM APIs and applying RAG and memory patterns
  • •Connect internal systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) via APIs and webhooks and continuously improve automations

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building automations or AI-powered workflows, including implementing AI/ML tools into operational workflows
  • •Solid working knowledge of LLMs, including capabilities/limitations and producing reliable output
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one automation/workflow platform such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato
  • •Ability to design, build, and deploy AI agents using RAG and agent memory concepts
  • •Comfort using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Replit) to vibe code and ship complete projects end-to-end
