Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner on global internal communications strategy, co-architecting the overarching direction and execution with the Internal Communications Lead.
  • •Serve as point of contact with PR/external comms during strategic projects and crises to keep internal and external narratives aligned and sequenced.
  • •Own end-to-end strategy, narrative creation, and execution for high-stakes sensitive employee communications with confidentiality and cultural alignment.
  • •Lead communications for transactional and structural change, including M&A, strategic transactions, organizational redesigns, and executive transitions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Employee Relations, Security, Corporate Affairs, and Finance (including ghostwriting for the CFO’s internal updates).

  • •10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or crisis management, operating at a principal or senior manager level in a global technology company.
  • •Track record partnering with communications leadership as a trusted right-hand to co-steer program strategy and execute on the ground.
  • •Deep hands-on experience managing highly confidential, sensitive communications, especially around M&A, restructuring, legal actions, and complex workplace issues.
  • •Exceptional executive presence and discretion, with emotional intelligence and the ability to influence C-suite leaders and legal counsel under pressure.
  • •Strong operational and project-management ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders while balancing strategic and tactical work.
