Key Responsibilities

  • •Run PMO activities including delivery audits, adherence to delivery standards, risk reviews, and EVM discipline across the portfolio.
  • •Own scheduling and bench management, including daily allocation visibility, capacity planning, and bench reduction.
  • •Manage Productive as the system of record: project setup, budgets, rate cards, time tracking hygiene, and reporting structures.
  • •Maintain and enforce SOPs across departments, flag breakdowns, and propose updates.
  • •Run margin and forecast reporting to identify revenue leakage and escalate with evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Polish at native level and English at least C1 level.
