Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and conduct ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation.
  • •Lead foundation and soft foot checks and adjustments; lead assembly/installation and alignment of equipment.
  • •Independently inspect equipment and execute work with business ownership in assigned areas.
  • •Drive Safety, on-time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost while balancing customer service satisfaction with Baker Hughes objectives.
  • •Support emergent and emergency customer needs, including field engineering service work; contribute to lessons learned and root cause analysis for customer and Baker Hughes failures and incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an engineering degree or technical degree.
  • •Hold an active CREA or CFT.
  • •Have 5+ years of experience in Turbomachinery (TMS) equipment (gas, steam, or heavy duty turbines) or equivalent experience in compressors (must).
  • •Have 2+ years of experience in Baker Hughes equipment, attested by the company that performed scope covering site operation, commissioning, and start-up (must).
  • •Demonstrate technical leadership and strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and computer skills in Microsoft Office; experience with Project Management software (Primavera or Microsoft Project) is required.
