Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, qualify, calibrate, and troubleshoot R&D equipment and support lab operations, including audits and EHS/ESD/chemical controls.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of engineering equipment and lab layout/lab build.
  • •Assess equipment performance and reliability, establish programs to improve uptime, and address equipment problems affecting engineering processes.
  • •Define and write preventative maintenance and on-the-job training materials; roll up and monitor equipment management.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors on equipment requirements, space planning, training, repair, and preventive maintenance outcomes.
