•Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
•Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and execute it with the team.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 76,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
•Ability to oversee a Sales & Service team and drive an exceptional guest experience through coaching and feedback.

•Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with data-driven decision making (budgets/experimentation).
•Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store; flexible with opening/closing and weekend shifts.
