Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Enablement team to determine training needs and propose solutions.
  • •Design and develop learning content using instructional design strategies across modalities (including eLearning).
  • •Collaborate in Product Communities and SME programs.
  • •Integrate learning activities and strategies to engage and uplift learners’ knowledge and skills.
  • •Develop course content from scratch and update current courseware, hands-on labs, and exams.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in training content development and/or instructional design.
  • •Maturity applying learning methodologies, storytelling, micro-learning, and simulations.
