Build people rhythms for both hourly and salaried employees, covering onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.

•Coach managers, including many first-time managers, on hiring, performance, and difficult conversations.
•Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document cases with judgment and speed.
•Build people rhythms for hourly and salaried workforces, including onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,000 - 262,000 annually

•Coach first-time managers into effective leaders.
•Run sensitive employee relations (ER) cases end to end, with investigations that hold up.
•Work at operating speed with same-day answers and practical judgment.
•Know employment law well enough to determine when counsel is needed.
