Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, execute, maintain, and refine the ITC business intelligence program with self-service reporting via Power BI for client and fund-level reporting.
  • •Transform raw data into interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and Power Query, and design/maintain secure Snowflake data models and shared datasets.
  • •Serve as the data and internal reporting owner for ITC, acting as a SME and point of contact to refine visibility across the firm and provide training and access to internal partners.
  • •Partner with ITC and technology teams to plan, prioritize, and execute projects and application enhancements; facilitate vendor discussions and manage scope and requirements.
  • •Develop and lead business initiatives with current/future state analysis, workflow recommendations, and AI-enabled improvements, including writing and refining advanced AI prompts and LLM workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of financial services industry experience with increasing responsibility.
  • •Financial services experience in fund or investment operations preferred.
  • •Microsoft Power BI and Power Query experience to build and refine complex reporting and dashboards using DAX and advanced queries.
  • •Broad understanding of investment operations, institutional funds and clients, regulatory issues, and relevant systems and controls.
  • •Experience translating business needs into technology initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage requirements and execution.
