Key Responsibilities

  • •Create integrated infrastructure software solution architectures across domains and functions, govern implementation, and ensure optimal IT infrastructure software functioning.
  • •Lead and develop Cisco architecture strategy and roadmap with global multinational clients, driving growth through trusted-advisor guidance.
  • •Provide expert multi-technology advice on infrastructure software, hardware features, and related components; translate client requirements into architecture and deployment guidance.
  • •Manage software/hardware service and infrastructure software contract activities for assigned scope, including licensing compliance and annual recurring revenue (ARR) KPI inputs.
  • •Support software asset and license management activities (discovery, tracking, auditing, compliance, renewals, and education) and advise on license renewals and conversion to enterprise agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of industry experience working with technical sales and direct/reseller channels, driving business outcomes.
  • •Deep knowledge across the Cisco portfolio, including Smart accounts and Smart licensing, plus competitive offerings.
  • •Proven experience designing end-to-end infrastructure software solutions for digital infrastructure, including networking, data center/cloud, collaboration, and/or security.
  • •Experience with AI solutions such as secure AI factories, data architectures, and automation frameworks.
  • •Prior experience with software asset and license management/compliance, including working with license models and conversion to enterprise agreements.
