Key Responsibilities

•Continuously refine market performance monitoring and management frameworks to drive structured market growth.
•Support the development of driver and user retention and growth strategies, localizing action plans to specific markets.
•Review longer-term performance on supply/demand growth and campaign effectiveness, partnering with BI & Analytics on scalable data and analytics solutions.
•Lead ongoing performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives such as user promotions and engagement activities.
•Manage online platform budgets for designated markets and collaborate with city teams and other departments to meet business and team objectives.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role in a high-growth start-up environment.
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
•Proven track record of effective project management with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams.
•Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Hindi is highly desirable.
