Key Responsibilities

  • •Process recurring, off-cycle, and adjustment payroll activities in Workday accurately and on time.
  • •Review and maintain payroll data integrity, including earnings, deductions, taxes, time records, and direct deposit information.
  • •Audit payroll results and research discrepancies before final submission.
  • •Respond to employee and stakeholder payroll questions professionally and in a timely manner.
  • •Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations and support payroll compliance, year-end activities, tax reporting, and audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Experience processing payroll in Workday or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
  • •Working knowledge of payroll practices, wage and hour requirements, and payroll tax fundamentals.
  • •Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills for deadline-driven payroll work.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
