Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections per Manheim standards, including verifying VINs, mileage, options, and accurately documenting exterior and interior condition.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots, identifying damage, missing components, or inoperable features.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients through consistent, professional inspections and proactive engagement to grow inspection participation.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports using Salesforce.com; maintain accurate system entry.
  • •Follow safety and compliance procedures, including NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy, and contribute to continuous improvement and Lean processes.
