Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies/PPE, and organize your day before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and support Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient.
  • •Document each patient visit using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to arrive before 7:00 a.m.
