•Manage and track communications across calls, online chats, and emails to ensure timely responses and accurate recording of outcomes.
•Maintain customer confidentiality, adhere to compliance standards, use software systems/databases to update information, and support quality improvements.

•Must be able to train and/or work onsite, and have work-at-home capabilities for deployment as needed.
