Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute end-to-end product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
  • •Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption experiences.
  • •Create workflows for billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.
  • •Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models across platform ecosystems.
  • •Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to validate solutions using research, data, prototyping, and AI-assisted/coded exploration.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional product design experience.
  • •Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms with systems thinking.
  • •Experience designing enterprise workflows such as accounts, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or similar domains.
  • •Strong prototyping skills and ability to communicate complex interactions through prototypes.
  • •Advanced Figma (or equivalent) skills, plus working with Product and Engineering teams; experience using AI tools and/or coded prototypes is expected.
  • •Advanced English proficiency and availability to work remotely with international teams from Latin America (LATAM).
