Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform deep discovery with Sales to map the customer’s political/technical landscape, quantify business value, and define pilot MVP, success criteria, and timeline.
  • •Author PRDs, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope, and translate business requirements into data, integration, security, and operational requirements.
  • •Lead technical solution delivery by driving agile engineering execution, running design reviews, and pressure-testing architecture and technical risks.
  • •Own launch and landing (“Day 0”) through war-room execution, driving production readiness across data quality, testing, security, performance, and operations.
  • •Plan ongoing maintenance, create customer documentation/training, codify reusable solution patterns, and identify next high-value engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements (or equivalent founder/technical builder experience).
  • •Strong product judgment: define what to build and why, write clear product requirements, prioritize engineering, and manage scope.
  • •Technical fluency across modern data/AI architectures, including cloud platforms, data pipelines/models, distributed systems, APIs, security/governance, and ML/generative AI patterns.
  • •Hands-on ability using at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL; explore data, review code/pipelines, build/adapt prototypes, and troubleshoot.
  • •Must be clearable with the US Government and be comfortable working onsite with customers (often 25–50%, sometimes higher).
